Most rooms have two double beds and a private bath. Linens and towels are provided. Free domestic long distance service is available from 6 a.m. to midnight on several community phones.
A weekly family newsletter keeps residents informed about upcoming family events such as arts & crafts, storytelling, and music.
There is no food service at The Inn. Volunteers take families to a local grocery store once a day so food may be stored and prepared in one of the three communal kitchens at The Inn.
There are two cafeterias one block away in the Clinical Center, as well as many other restaurants nearby. Fast food delivery is also available, usually for a nominal fee.
The Inn has washers and dryers with complimentary detergent for residents' use.
No smoking, alcohol, weapons or illegal drugs are allowed in The Inn.
