Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA)
When arriving at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), you can catch the NIH shuttle (weekdays and Sundays only) by going to either of two Travelers Aid Desks. In Terminal A, the desk is located curbside at the NIH Shuttle Booth. In Terminals B&C, the desk is curbside between doors 5 & 6 at the NIH Shuttle sign. For transportation back to the airport, please wait by the transportation desk located in the North Lobby of the NIH Clinical Research Center (Bldg. 10) the shuttle driver will announce “Reagan National Airport” and escort passengers to the shuttle.
Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI)
When arriving at Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI), the NIH shuttle pick-up points are:

Concourse B - Upper Level - Inside Curb Area – Door #4 - Exiting the Southwest Airline doorway.

Concourse D - Upper Level - Inside Curb Area – Door #12 - Exiting the Air Tran doorway.

Vehicles will be marked "NIH".
Please arrive at the pick up area 5 minutes before the departure time. The driver can only wait a short period of time and cannot leave the Shuttle Bus unattended for any reason. The Information Desk is located in the terminal lobby near door #4, concourse D, and can assist passengers in finding the boarding locations for the shuttle. Dulles International Airport (IAD)
