From the time The Children’s Inn at NIH was just a glimmer of an idea hoping to provide a much-needed residence to children and their families while receiving medical treatment at NIH, Volunteers have played a strong and consistent role. Their many years of service to the Inn reflects their strong commitment to ensure that a “place like home is available and thriving” for our residents. Volunteers may be the first person our residents come in contact with when they arrive at our Welcome Desk and help to provide our families with a safe, comfortable environment in which to reside during their child’s treatment.
We salute those who so readily give of their time and the many years of Volunteer Service they have provided to The Inn.
