| Check-In: 3:00 p.m. Checkout: 10:00 a.m. The Children’s Inn is a 24-hour facility and a Manager on Duty (MOD) is always available. We kindly ask that all first visit families plan to arrive by 7:00 p.m. to receive an orientation tour of The Inn. Health Screening We ask families to be aware of the fragile health of those who stay at The Inn. Should you or anyone else coming to The Inn develop cold or flu symptoms, or become exposed to chicken pox or shingles, please reschedule your visit or make alternate accommodations. Getting Around Campus The Children’s Inn shuttle is available to assist families with getting to and from the NIH Clinical Center and the Metro (subway). The Shuttle is wheelchair accessible and runs on weekdays and weekends. Hours: NIH Visitor Information Travel information, campus maps and information about the Institutes. Airport Shuttles All shuttles pick-up and drop off at the NIH Clinical Center (building 10). Please note that there are NO SATURDAY SHUTTLES TO THE AIRPORT.
