Thank you all who attended
in 2011. Save the date for next year:
October 6, 2012

Founded in 1990, the Come Back to Bethesda Car, Truck & Motorcycle Show and Family Day is held in conjunction with Taste of Bethesda on the first Saturday in October each year.

We had a special appearance by "Barricade" - the actual Saleen S281 Ford Mustang used in the TRANSFORMERS movie! Kids and grown-ups had the opportunity to get up-close and personal with Barricade and even took photos with the car!

2011 Event details:

  • Baloon twisting, face painting, and glitter tattoos by Kapitol Klowns Doodle, Tiddly Winks, and Tinkerbell!
  • Live music from Almost Blue, a Bethesda hometown band playing "traditional blues and rock with a shot of funk."
  • Meet & Greet with Homer the Dog from Bethesda Big Train. Homer was available to pose for photos with kids and families!
  • Giant inflatable "world sports" game featuring football toss, soccer kick, basketball throw, baseball hitting, and dart/frisbee throw.
  • Kristi Kaiss, student at the Potomac Massage Training Institute (PMTI) offered free 15-minute chair massages to festival guests. PMTI is the only nonprofit massage school on the East Coast and only massage school in the Washington, DC metropolitan area that has a continuous 34-year history of providing professional training for massage therapists and serving the community.
  • Cheltenham Stage:
    • 11:00 a.m. - MC LA from Washington Talent Agency kicked off the event.
