INNrichment Fund Application
The INNrichment Fund supports enrichment opportunities that promote learning, growth, and development. Eligible expenses include sports, visual and performing arts, K–12 after-school educational programs, and college tuition assistance.
Please note that, while we recognize the value of early childhood education, preschool tuition is not an eligible expense at this time.
Eligibility Reminder
To be eligible for the INNrichment Fund, applicants must have be enrolled in a trial and/or stayed at The Children’s Inn within the past year or have an upcoming visit scheduled within the current year.
Individuals who have previously participated in an INNrichment experience are eligible to apply again one year after the completion date of their most recent INNrichment. Applications submitted before the one-year eligibility period has passed will not be considered until the applicant becomes eligible.
Example: If your most recent INNrichment concluded on September 15, 2025, you will be eligible to apply again after September 15, 2026.
Before You Apply
Please review the following important application requirements:
- Educational materials are not eligible for funding, including laptops, tablets, and similar equipment.
- A completed W-9 tax form from the vendor, organization or institution receiving payment is required for your application to be considered.
- Payments are made directly to the designated vendor, organization, or educational institution. Payments are not issued to individual applicants or for reimbursement.
- College tuition assistance applicants must provide documentation of current enrollment and grades from their most recent completed semester with their application.
- Applicants who receive college tuition assistance may be asked to submit follow-up grade reports to remain eligible for future funding opportunities.
Application Review Timeline
Once a complete application has been received, please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for review and funding decisions. Processing times may vary depending on application volume and the completeness of the submitted documentation.
Applicants will be notified by email once a funding decision has been made.

Submitting an application does not guarantee funding. All applications are reviewed based on program eligibility, compliance with INNrichment Fund requirements, and the availability of funding.
